Rules & Information during your stay at the House
Check in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Smoking is prohibited in the house. It is only permitted outside, always emptying the ashtrays after each use.
When you go out, please always turn off all electronic devices and air conditioning
It is forbidden to organize events/parties/parties
Only registered people can spend the night in the house.
Hosting NON-authorized and registered people at night will force us to contact the competent authorities with consequent
immediate expulsion.
Never throw any type of object/liquid from balconies or windows (cigarettes, ash, papers, etc.).
Use only transparent bags for waste.
Garbage can be disposed of from 8:00 PM onwards. Bins are placed outside the building every evening at 8:00 PM.
Observe and respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The use of embers/grills/barbecues and any open flame is prohibited in all units of the building.
Check Out Rules 10:00
Check out is 10:00 am at the latest. The cleaning company always arrives at 10:10 am to wash and sanitize all surfaces.
Turn off all lights and air conditioners.
The kitchen and all its accessories must be left washed and clean.
All household waste must be placed in the separate waste bags on the last day.
Group all towels together in the bathtub or shower.
Garage keys and cards must be returned to the designated box.
